Summary: We're hiring for an early-stage profitable sustainable Agritech startup in Udaipur co-founded by IITians. The startup has different business verticals and the selected candidate will be leading offline sales for the organic perishables division.
The ideal candidate must have a passion for sustainability and exposure to a foodtech/agritech operations-heavy business environment.
Compensation: 10-15 LPA fixed + ESOPs
Responsibilities:
- Achieve grassroots sales growth for organic perishables
- Build and lead the team to grow the organic food business
- Understand the customers of Tier 2 cities like Udaipur and shape product + distribution accordingly (eg. understanding how 'kiranewalas' function, reaching kitchens of homes in Tier-2 cities like Udaipur)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Demonstrated sales experience in foodtech/agritech industry
- Grassroots FMCG experience would be an added advantage
