8 - 12 Years experience
Preferably in Polyester, Nylon
- Managing entire after sales service and international customer care operations with a view to achieve business objectives and support top line and bottom line profitability.
- Automotive parts distribution management with proven records in the areas of procurement planning, warehouse management and meeting targets. .
- Expertise in handling a diverse range of activities entailing Customer Care export operations
- Conducting periodical surveys to understand customer satisfaction levels and to identify new business scopes.
- Expertise in designing & implementing training programs for bringing customer focus, high energy level and team spirit in the employees.
- Supervising and monitoring the performance level of the skilled and technical staff for ensuring superior customer service (quality repair management) and accomplishment of service targets.
- Organizing various Promotional and value add events to improve customer relations and derive benefits for business development.
