A logistics client is looking for a dynamic leader who would be responsible is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption of our product and to establish processes across client interaction. The person would be responsible to build up seamless communication process and should possess excellent relationship building skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients and a positive reputation within the industry - Executing behavioural analysis on existing clients to set up process around business communication - Working closely with the cross-functional team towards establishing a brand - Creating and executing plan across client engagement and retention - Act as an advisor to key customer stakeholders to drive product adoption and ensure they leverage the solution to the fullest - Tracking client activities to identify and eliminating churn risk Requirements: - Master's degree in any of the discipline (Preferably from IIM or ISB) - 3+ years of relevant customer facing role - Should possess a strong drive to execution and delivering results efficiently - Should possess good analytical skills and data-driven work approach - A product-driven approach is a plus - Should be able to manage business communication and should have exposure with email marketing - Excellent communication and writing skills
