Position - Manager - Customer Success (Key Accounts - Pan India)
Qualification: -
- MBA from a recognized Business school
- Around 5 years of Institutional Sales experience in the FMCG / vending space or beyond (vending, hospitality, banking, travel, software, employee Benefits, IFM) .
- Someone who has a good understanding & base of enterprise account acquisition, consumer experience and retention
- Client management and portfolio extension is an important part of the role.
- Person with good understanding of Aggregators and IPCs (Like JLL, CBRE, Sodexo, ISS etc) role in workplace administration (in Corporates)
Role:
- Responsible for building and maintaining client relationship across multiple locations Pan India. Manager customer success (Key Accounts) will be a SPOC for the account.
- Build Relationships with Clients, integrators/ IPCs
- Ensure Client Retention & contract renewal for Key customers
- Manage Client Relationships (Governance & communications); Remobilization of existing machines (during covid scenario)-
- Ensure overdue collections from the clients
- Drive Client agenda & requirements by engaging with Ops team. Drive identified client initiatives - Facilitate standardization & roll out across all locations.
- Responsible for organic growth (Portfolio Enhancement - more kiosks at existing locations) and new business lead generation (Portfolio Extension - new locations & group companies)
