Job Description : Customer Success Manager
We aid in the addition of resources in the IT, ITES, BPO, Healthcare and Automobile sectors. We provide the cream of the crop resources to our clients and do that on-time, every time ! Our core team consists of professionals who have more than a decade of experience in recruitment of customers across industries ,nonetheless, our policy enforces them to continuously upgrade themselves to match market trends.. Additionally , we also groom budding talents as second in line to assist the core team when high traffic staffing needs arise to avoid showstoppers in our process.
Job Requirements :
- At least 3-5 years of account management experience in a related field. Should have experience in end-to-end client management (onboarding, upselling & retention). (mandatory)
- Experience in Project Management (mandatory)
- Background in Identity and Access Management is good to have
- Should be able to work well in a team environment and adapt with people from different walks of life.
- Previous implementation and/or Sales experience is a plus.
- Strong empathy for clients and passion for growth and revenue building
- Project Management Experience with the respect to planning, developing and executing project
