As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our clients digital marketing campaigns. Acting as the bridge between our clients and our service team, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into effective marketing strategies using our product and ensuring seamless execution and ensuring revenue growth for the customer, your success is the value we bring to the customer using our product and increase the ROI for the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute day-to-day tasks required for delivering world-class digital marketing solutions.
- Creatively use technology to solve business problems and ensure that ROAS/ ROI is high, CAC is low and revenue growth is increasing.
- Hand hold the customer through on boarding.
- Ensure the OB doc is followed, and project is completed on time.
- Manage multiple client accounts, from smaller projects to complex endeavors, with a focus on meeting or exceeding both team and client expectations.
- Ensure timely and efficient goal attainment.
- Effectively communicate project details to team members to align solutions with client campaign requirements.
- Identify and resolve issues, applying critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Translate client requests into effective marketing strategies.
Education: Graduate engineering preferred+ MBA or strong academics with MBA
