- Own & lead end-to-end responsibility of Online Order management and Customer Success for SME Online business (being the internal face and custodian of Customer) .
- Improving the customer experience through problem identification and program management of new solutions.
- Ensuring within TAT deliveries by closely working on Logistics, Supplier Operations and Order Management teams
- Develop Online operations strategy and drive the ex- cution while liaisioning with Sales & Category team
- Set-up standard operating processes and drive them that result in improving the key metrics that drive Customer NPS
- Ensuring continuous performance improvement in Online business operations by usingdata and analytics.
