Supervise and manage enterprise relations. - Be accountable for Customer success and ensure that Able Jobs is the go-to place for hiring entry-level talent - Define and constantly improve operational team metrics; establish a system for tracking metrics and key milestones - Identify best practices; create a predictable, repeatable, and sustainable method to scale Customer Success - Undertake initiatives and gather tech, product, design, and growth to solve core business problems - Manage payments and be responsible for the revenue realization Qualifications : - Handing customer success in previous roles - Undergraduate/Graduate degree from a Tier-1 college (preferable) - A previous entrepreneurial experience (preferable)
