Job Description

- Our Client is looking for a customer success manager for its sales team in Bengaluru. We are looking for someone that has experience in handling a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts and can expand the existing portfolio.

- As a customer success manager, you are expected to build relationships with existing customers, report back to the product team on feature requests, make sure everything is smooth sailing in your portfolio and above all grow the MRR of your portfolio.

- This is not a support role and your key metric will be MRR increase. You are expected to be technically inclined and be able to offer support to your customers if need be.

Who should apply

c) Technical know-how and someone with a keen eye for technology.
