- Client account set-up (along with thorough due diligence) of all new client relationships in accordance with the policies and procedures of the firm. This will require active co-ordination with clients, client relationship managers, compliance & back office to ensure timely & efficient completion
- Maintenance of updated clients list & details of business booked including investment flows at client level.
- Addressing queries of clients, distributors and other intermediaries (including client related queries from relationship managers) in a timely & efficient manner.
- Carry out client file reviews as and when they fall due in a timely manner in co-ordination with compliance.
- Maintain client files (physical as well as soft versions) in an orderly manner. Ensuring that all client files and documents are segregated and stored appropriately in co-ordination with compliance
- Liaise with back office, fund administrators and compliance in addressing client requirements.
- Working on various projects to enable business development
- Handle customer interactions through a range of channels (phone, email, letter) - understanding the customer & their needs to provide the right solutions to them.
- Take ownership of every customer interaction to ensure issues and enquiries are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the business.
- Promote the KOTAK brand to drive revenue opportunities for the business. Plan, organize and support all the investor roadshows and events in the region.
- Support the business by driving desired customer behaviors & digital solutions where possible.
- Provide guidance to other associates to create a team environment where knowledge and expertise are shared.
