Customer Success Manager

About the job :

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers throughout their journey with our company. You will serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers, working closely with them to understand their business needs, provide guidance, and ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services. Your ultimate goal will be to foster long-term relationships with our customers and drive customer retention and growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Manage a team of customer success associates , Providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery .

2. Perform onboarding of accounts with the students and ensure the best ongoing engagement throughout the student's lifetime.

3. Responsible for smooth onboarding of the students and making sure that all the access is granted/queries are resolved on time.

4. Responsible for tracking the progress of the students at every stage and providing guidance for successful completion of the course.

5. Put forth a communications strategy that maintains and fulfils high student satisfaction.

6. Act as the liaison with the technical team, and other areas of the business to ensure the best students' satisfaction.

6. Take student success reviews periodically and resolve concerns with the assistance of the Technical Support Team.

7. Make sure that all the monthly/weekly milestones of the students are completed on time.

Quali- cations & Skills:

1. Exceptional comprehension and articulation skills

2. Stellar planning, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written)

3. Client management expertise and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to people from different backgrounds.

5. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Team Handling , Customer Success, Consulting, Sales, or Marketing

6. Bachelor's degree in any field.
