Manager - Services (German language is must)

Your future tasks
- Team building, team management providing outstanding support to the team
- Clarification of the actual circumstances, customer satisfaction, reduction of defects, reduction of risk, reduction of costs
- Continuous development of the customer relationship /Customer satisfaction
- Improving the quality of services by recommending improved processes
- Implementation of the standards in the organization required and agreed by the client
What we are looking for:
- A German language expert. Minimum B2 from Goethe institute/Diploma from Ranade Institute or equivalent degree from any other institution.
- Proactive & innovative approach
- 13years and above experience in German language & customer service in B2B field
- Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
- Convincing appearance, should possess qualities of persistence and resilience
- Well-versed with the latest software related to customer relationship management
- Experience in compliance management, quality certification, and site management would be added advantage
- Experience with IT-enabled services; automation in services would be added advantage
- We need a candidate with extensive experience in managing Backend processes.
- Candidate who has successfully transferred the processes from Germany to India.
- Manage the Costing & Budgeting of the division.
- Strong team management and stakeholder management experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, Powerpoint, Excel, and SAP.
