Customer Service Manager
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the customer service team and ensure customer expectations are driven through timely communication and data accuracy.
- They would need to be self-driver and strong motivator for the team. Driving excellence through process and system to provide a better customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MIS Function
- Creation of process and SOP with customers.
- Data management and presentation.
- Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
- Develop and maintain MIS for customers reporting .
- Streamlining and automating the daily reporting process.
- Present and maintain customer data and reporting in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain dashboards for various customers.
- Process automation with usage of various IT tools.
- Places a high priority on the customer's perspective when making decisions and taking actions.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer centric solutions.
- Considers the bigger picture when approaching issues, makes connections between different information to explain complex issues or build decisions.
- Demonstrates strong focus on consistently producing exceptional results, even under tough circumstances.
- Tailors the message to the context and audience and checks proper understanding.
- Connects easily with others, gains trust quickly and builds and maintains effective relationships
