Our client is a leading Healthcare organization having a diversified product portfolio. They are a company which has a strong presence in the Indian space. The company is well established globally and have plans to further accelerate its growth in India. They are looking for a Customer Service Manager based out of their manufacturing facility in Manesar.
Description
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for -
- Manage the entire customer service for domestic and international business with key focus on supply chain order processes and fulfillment
- To monitor the order planning, fulfillment process and resolving the queries ensuring highest customer satisfaction
- Develops, implements, and maintains effective customer services management plans and procedures to assure sales objectives
- Working closely with different functions to ensure the highest level of efficiency
Profile
You will be a professional with around 10 years of experience in customer service operations, imports and supply chain management ideally in healthcare, pharmaceutical industries. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
