Manager- Customer Service (Bangalore) for a very large and global MNC growing rapidly in markets. B.Tech (Mechanical) with a minimum of 9 years of well-rounded experience in all aspects of Customer Service and SCM.
Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and service.
POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION :
- Responsible for heading the Customer service function, inventory management, Logistic management, warehouse management.

- Resource Management (Human & Material)
- Control & Monitoring of Planning, Warehouse & logistics process
- System improvements in Commercial documentation, planning systems, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Order management process from order receipt to order execution
- Coordination with manufacturing, Logistic vendors and sales team for order-execution
- Managing CSD team to ensure that customers get prompt, error free service
- Ensure OTD Request and OTD Promise targets are met
- System improvements of CSD process and implementation of QMS, WCM initiatives
- Negotiation with logistics vendors and cost reduction initiatives
- Handling commercial complaints
- Implementation of systems for smooth functioning of CSD
