- Develop category/brand portfolio strategy, with the right 5P approach, for the General Stores and Kirana Stores Retail Environment, contributing to approximately 80% of company’s turnover
- Based on enhanced Shopper and trade insights, build and activate programs like IMPACT and Shoppe with a view to increase off-takes for brands/category at the store level
- Ensure execution and evaluation of brand plans in the region through constant interface with the sales and brand team and functional interfaces with agencies, market research agencies and supply chain
- Develop and Deliver on key projects like Go-to-Market plans for new products, Key Geography Leadership Plan, enhancing distribution reach in ‘virgin markets’, Competitive intelligence study including analyzing competition offerings and key market initiatives and Dentifrice Consumption building plan in rural India.
- Work with Leadership in formulation of the Annual and Quarterly commercial plans, keeping in mind the competitive scenario, future growth plans and Annual Gross to Net budgets.
- Development and evaluation of geo specific category plans by Retail environment for all categories, for Pan India
- Alignment and implementation of Category across retail environments in the region
Candidate Requirement :-
- Candidate should be from Top 10 B School only
- Candidate currently working in Personal Care Category or Home Care Category will be an added advantage
- Should have a decent exposure in Customer / Shopper marketing
