KRA's :
- Responsible for revenue, growth, demand planning, business development and profitability for Modern Trade
- To act as a major change agent within the region to ensure that the Co. transitions away from the traditional Trade Marketing function to a Customer Marketing model that will ensure that they win with their customers more often by putting the shopper and customer as well as the consumer at the heart of everything that they do.
- Leads the development and execution of tailored customer strategies and propositions, aligned to consumer, shopper and customer opportunities.
- Customer Marketing will be responsible for alignment between consumer marketing and sales organisations
- Strategy and Planning: Clear, simple category, customer and channel strategies that are understood by everyone in the region and provides real focus into a few channel segments, and customers
