We are looking for a candidate for an opportunity with a leading multinational FMCG. Organisation is expanding and they are building teams across functions. This is for one of the sub marketing function to lead customer activation and customer experience portfolio will be leading a team for 7-8 in the payrolls of the organisation at a National level responsible for customer activation, consumer insighting driving and strategizing various engagement levels across various trade channels. Position : Manager Customer Marketing and Customer experience (Leading sub function in marketing) - Responsible for brand/market health (market share/distribution/growth) at national and channel level to explore opportunities and gauge competitive threat and take actions, if any. - Designing &amp; executing various incentive programs like distributor incentive programs, field force incentive, retailer incentive program etc. - Designing &amp; executing strategic &amp; scientific sales force development program across levels. - Developing monthly &amp; quarterly Sales Deck (detailed presentation covering brand wise health and trade inputs, Category/Channel wise promotion activities for next quarter, Loyalty program update, Marketing plans integration, Reviews of previous quarter - Planning and strategizing Customer engagements.. Education and experience : 9 years experience premier MBA Industry : FMCG/Consumer centric or Youth centric brands Team size : 7 Reporting to : Marketing Director
