- Identify key customer cohorts and plan a roadmap of interventions to drive growth in each of the cohorts - Responsible for end to end program management to execute the identified growth drivers for each customer segment - Drive insights on customer cohorts in collaboration with the analytics team and incorporate learnings into action plans across owned &amp; paid marketing channels (Merchandising, CRM, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing) - Work closely with category teams to arrive at the right customer experience for the growth drivers &amp; help operationalise the initiatives - Maintain monthly tracking and reporting frameworks on identified customer cohorts - Lead monthly customer planning on key customer cohorts basis growth drivers being executed - Collaborate with product teams on personalisation initiative to create a relevant experience for the cohorts for their journey on the platform; leading to higher conversion driving behaviour - Responsible for onboarding creative/content agencies, closely working with their team to design the on platform experience of the cohorts Qualification &amp; Experience : Experience: - Project management/Organizational skills/ Stakeholder management - Ability to analyze data, spot trends &amp; problem solve - Understanding the customer psyche - Previous experience of working on query creation, analytics is a plus Education: Graduation / Post graduation ( Full Time).
