Manager - Customer Engagement - Digital Investment
This role will have responsibilities to devise and execute customer facing activities for Customer life cycle management, Activation, Retention and Attrition management
Key Responsibilities will include :
1. Develop Portfolio Strategy to maximize spends and profitability of the portfolio relevant to the demographic and spending profiles of all portfolio segments. This will include seasonal and perennial initiatives - ideate and conceptualize such programs in conjunction with analytics and compute the financial feasibility and profitability.
2. Run Customer facing campaigns and communication.
3. Liaising with marketing team to ensure that all communication and collaterals regarding the Portfolio Management initiatives are relevant and effective and ensure that deadlines are adhered to.
4. Develop portfolio programs, process documents and detailed project plans.
5. Ensuring the legal, compliance and risk guidelines are adhered to, and obtaining sign offs from these departments for the above initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience :
- Understanding of customer lifecycle management, profitability dynamics and key performance indicators
- Understanding of Customer segmentation to identify the right target segments and drivers of profitability
- Excellent analytical skills and hands-on number crunching ability to be able to spot portfolio trends, compute program dynamics etc.
- Interpersonal & communication skills required for implementation of various initiatives through internal cross functional support and for the management of team members
