Job Role :&nbsp; Customer Delight role is a fast paced, execution oriented role aimed at ensuring partner satisfaction (NPS score) and partner activation by understanding their concerns through a tele-marketing team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve the highlighted concerns. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Manage the activation focused tele-calling team: understand the objective of initiatives undertaken, define the scripts for telecallers and drive the telemarketer productivity - Monitor and audit calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices. - Share agent feedback with relevant teams and follow up rigorously to ensure proper closure of query gather - query resolution - partner satisfaction loop - Define SOPs to improve partner engagement and grievance resolution and minimize partner churn Key Skills &amp; Experience: - Min. 5+ years experience as Customer Service/Satisfaction Manager - Ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent listening and communication skills - Ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders - Proficient with MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
