We offer an Industry Specialist Customer Analytics role with a leading consulting firm.

You offer:-

- Years of Experience - total experience between 6 to 10 / of which Customer Analytics Experience should be 4 to 5 years preferably within 1 industry i.e either retail/ Financial Services. Should be currently managing a hands-on role in the same domain & industry.

- Manager Level Competency/Skills (Polished, Excellent Communication, Strong Articulation, Presentable, Street Smart, Good Negotiations skills, Analytical in nature )

- Role performed within Analytics (Modelling, Addressing Business Problems, Statistical techniques/ Tool, Logical Regression, Responsiveness, Segmentation, Churn Analysis)

- Role ( Hands-on Technical Role within the Industry Environment of either Retail/Financial Services, Closely working with Canadian counterparts and responsible for end to end delivery, this is an individual contributor role. )

Job Description:

As a member of the Analytics team, you will help small start-ups to multinationals drive growth with informed confidence. We are looking for a very strong technically adept manager with tremendous industry experience developed over a period of years working in a similar environment (Retail/Financial Services). You will be contributing to the establishment of the customer practice and your career while creating top-tier dynamic solutions in a rapidly evolving space.

In this role, you will be responsible for end to end delivery of client work ( Hands-on Role) from an offshore arrangement practice. Projects are underpinned by strategic analytics and the manager will be effective at delivering such work.

You will be very closely working with onshore team to create a strong strategic vision with the client which incorporates business analysis, product and market understanding and financial impact analysis. You will collaborate with onshore team to execute on the vision and ensure the finished product is a no-surprises experience which delivers quality and excellence.

The onshore team specializes in providing advisory services in the retail and consumer business industry / Financial Services organizations targeting the customer experience, marketing and brand effectiveness, category management, network optimization and other customer related solutions. The type of business problems we address include:

- Rapid revenue and market growth

- Product growth

- Channel expansion and OmniChannel solutions

- Margin leakage

- Declining foot traffic

- Changing consumer behaviors

The technical tools and solutions we employ include:

- Market analysis

- Marketing mix analytics

- Demand model building for pricing and optimization

- Loyalty analytics

- Path to purchase analytics

Qualifications

Managers will contribute to the growth of the practice by providing effective top-tier solutions, maintaining strong internal and external relationships while developing the collective thought leadership of the group. They will possess:

- Combination of advanced education in mathematics, computer science, engineering, business or related area and advanced expertise in a relevant subject matter area, such as strategy and marketing, retail strategy, business analysis in a relevant domain.

- 5 years of relevant work experience ideally in retail or consumer business/ Financial Services Industry

- Strong management consulting, advisory experience and/or advanced industry experience

- Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence

- Experience managing teams and deliverables, including the coaching of junior staff

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities

- Experienced with financial analysis or modeling, project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, managing client expectations, team leadership
