- Manage the development of data models and algorithms to help understand customer & seller analytics data

- Leading the analysis of Seller performance, category performance and product performance

- Managing customer acquisition and retention strategies

- Playing key role in customer acquisition and retention strategies for marketplace

- Involving in Development of Cost per Acquisition model

- Development of recommendation engine to reduce the CPC

- Develop KPI's report

- MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 2 years of analytics experience

- Prior & relevant experience in Customer Analytics would be an added advantage

- Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills

- High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
