Position: Manager - Customer Acquisition (Wealth Management)

Detailed Job Description:

This opportunity lies within a prominent conglomerate that has swiftly established a robust brand presence in India, despite entering the Wealth Management sector only three years ago. Since its inception, the company has efficiently amassed assets under management (AUM) totaling USD 21 million within its initial months and aspires to scale this figure to USD 1.5 billion within the next 3-4 years. Moreover the entire group, through strategic joint ventures, partnerships, and alliances has extended its footprint to over 25 countries.

Note: A fundamental requirement for this role is a proven track record in customer acquisition within Banking & Financial services. While experience in wealth management is preferred, it's not mandatory. Candidates with expertise in acquiring customers for CASA, Forex, Insurance, etc., are strongly encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Acquire and retain customers by leveraging extensive industry experience.

2. Demonstrate proficiency in sales of financial products, backed by a history of successful outcomes.

3. Specialize in targeting and acquiring high-net-worth clients to meet sales and acquisition targets.

4. Cross-sell a range of financial products, including Mutual Funds, Equity, PMS, AIF, tailored to customer requirements.

5. Provide insights into wealth management products and services, with a focus on investment portfolio development and management.

6. Collaborate with internal departments to promote and cross-promote a diverse array of financial products and services.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and internal protocols.

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience: at least 4 year +

Desirables: NISM Certifications
