To manage and drive acquisitions, Prepaid and Postpaid, and ensure we maintain market leadership / extend the lead on competition on postpaid AND ensure we gain our fair share of gross adds in prepaid sales.
- Quality of acquisitions is also a key role here and we need ensure this is constantly improved upon.
- Ensuring the ARPU (Average Revenue Per Users) is as per trends / better than trends
- Ensure Quality and Quantity go hand in hand
- Ensure our Postpaid gross and Prepaid gross figures are in line with Market Leadership status and Gross share higher than Base Share.
- Ensure trade offers and schemes are rolled out in a timely manner and ensure trade payouts
- MNP Gross Port Ins and Port Outs: Responsible for ensuring appropriate offers are tailor made for the MNP Universe and ensure we are #1 in the Circle in terms of MNP Net Port Ins
- The incumbent would be responsible for achieving Acquisitions and the revenues thereof
- The role holder will be responsible for consistently improving the MARPU
- The incumbent would be responsible for RES % increase from the <120 Day Age on network buckets.
- Tracking all competition moves & products
- Customer communication - Ensure optimum alignment and utilization of communication media capacities. Minimize spam by better segmentation.
- Market research to understand subscriber behaviour better
