Manager - Customer Acquisition For a Leading E-Commerce Company
Location - Bangalore
Experience - 3 To 9 Years
Note - Candidate's current CTC must be 9 Lpa & above
Your Part:
- Central point to drive and execute the identified customer acquisition route.
Person would be responsible
- Handling the thematic customer acquisition items which can be targeted towards an unaddressed need gap, new TG/geography and a new category/channel.
- He will also own the offline tie-ups where the objective is to acquire offline shoppers by associating with entities/consumer brands majorly catering to offline audience.
- Working closely with the awareness and consideration team, media planning team to lead the execution of these campaigns.
- Work closely with market research team to do pre and post-consumer studies for the key big initiatives and with analytics to measure effectiveness of campaigns.
- Work closely with the respective category teams. Aligning on the consumer understanding, campaign messaging and media deployment, selection and availability of products onsite, overall website experience.
You (Must Haves):
- MBA from Tier 1, B-School is a must (3 to 5 years’ experience )
- Preferred Organizations : Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Procter & Gamble, Britannia, Nestle, Reckitt & Benckiser, Cadbury, Marico, Glaxo Smith Kline, ITC, Colgate, L’Oreal, Red Bull, KFC, Mcdonalds, Coke or Pepsi in activations, Sony, Samsung, Pizza Hut
- Experience in Brand Activations/Building, ATL+BTL Campaign execution is needed.
- Ability to lead and drive agenda with cross function teams
- Planning comprehensive roadmaps to achieve shared goals.
- Strong communication and influencing skills
