Manager/CTA Lead - Site Acquisition

We are looking for a New Built - CTA Lead for our client with pan India presence based at Bengaluru.

Location : Bengaluru.

Grade : Manager

Function Name : Site Acquisition

Experience : 6+ yrs

Education : Regular Graduate +MBA

Key Responsibilities handled in the past:

- Identifying and acquiring of lands for lease for installation of ground base towers all over Karnataka.

- Acquiring cell sites (Micro, Macro, IBS, COW) sites as per Operators requirement.

- Land Acquisition experience in difficult areas like slum, commercial, govt sites etc.

- Preparing acquisition plan on Open SR's (Service Request) with Weekly and Monthly plan and communicate with customer.

- Getting NOC from Municipal/Panchayath/BESCOM (Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited) as and when required.

- Effectively handling vendors (Civil, Electrical) and handing over the fully constructed cell sites to customer within committed dates for radiating.

- Handling Civil projects of acquired lands/sites based on business necessary Business approvals and justifications.

- Administered all land acquisition negotiation contracts and documented processes.

- Acquiring NOC from Gram Panchayat, Tehsil and local village authorities

- Handling of Legal Matters & Preparation of agreements as required.

- Land Acquisition as required by the client.

- Obtain consent for the site construction from property owners and negotiate lease within benchmarks and purchase agreements.

- Specialist in leasing, zoning, regulatory approval, permitting and handoff to construction.

Key Activities :

- Ensure New site roll out as per AOP & Customer requirement. End to end responsible for Critical To Acquire Site's rollout in the circle and Hold management while ensuring the Safety compliances and Quality assurance at each milestone.
