Manager - CSR - NGO

A leading organization is looking for a Manager CSR for their team.

Title: Manager CSR

Location: Mumbai

Years of experience required: 6-8 years

Academics: Top tier institute MBA

Must have: Prior exposure to the social sector sector

Responsibilities would include:

- Be part of the team in formulating/revising the CSR strategy

- Conducting an assessment of needs and developing Annual action plan of CSR activities for the project sites

- Identify and evaluate NGOs/partners who can help in delivering interventions identified as part of CSR strategy

- Work on the ground to facilitate delivery of identified interventions (e.g. empanelling doctors for labour medical camps on our sites)

- Monitor the delivery and performance of the NGOs

- Preparing and circulating CSR activity reports (monthly-Quarterly-Annually)

- Come up with new ideas/interventions in line with CSR strategy (vicinity of projects, within 3 identified verticals etc)

- Identify and implement (along with HR team) employee engagement initiatives within these CSR interventions

- Constantly keep scanning the market in terms of new ideas/interventions
