Responsibilities:

1. CSR Advisory: Offer expert guidance and recommendations to our clients on developing and implementing effective CSR strategies that align with their business objectives and create a positive social and environmental impact.

2. Impact Assessment: Conduct rigorous impact assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of CSR initiatives and ESG practices, providing data-driven insights to clients for continuous improvement.

3. Project Management: Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with predefined objectives.

4. Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the business development team to onboard new clients, understand their unique requirements, and tailor CSR solutions to meet their specific needs.

5. CSR Strategy Development: Work closely with clients to co-create sustainable CSR strategies that address key social and environmental challenges while aligning with global best practices and industry standards.

6. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, and community groups, to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual objectives.

7. Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting on CSR and ESG initiatives, including adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and industry frameworks.

8. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of CSR professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster a high-performing and cohesive team culture.
