Manager - CSR - Advisory

Our Client is a leading development sector consulting firm offering services in *Health, *Urban Infrastructure Development, *Policy, *PPP,*Government and Public Sector (GAPS), *Education, *Rural Development and *Environment and Climate Change areas.

Vacancy Details:

- Establish linkages with companies seeking advice on CSR programmes and their implementation; develop business and long terms relationships

- Contribute to the development of CSR policies and programmes aligned with all sectors, and in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013

- Work on strategy, policy and programme development, goal setting, reporting, internal management systems, etc., for such programmes

- Undertake project management to ensure that CSR programmes, initiatives, and related activities taken up on behalf of clients are successfully executed

- Develop network and relationships with other consultancy firms, institutions and individuals working in the sector; maintain a bench of experts from different fields

- Research and documentation of global best practices in CSR; maintain a knowledge bank that supports advisory services

- Monitor and analyse strategies, policies and programmes of other advisory companies in the CSR sector (competition mapping)

- Contribute to dissemination of information as required, in coordination with internal and external public relations and communications teams

Qualifications:

- Postgraduate degree in any of the social sciences

- Experience of at least 8-10 years in the development sector

- Understanding of industry relationships and objectives

- Strong network of potential clients
