Responsibilities of the role to include :
1. Interfacing with User departments and understanding their requirements. Evaluating appropriate IT solutions.
2. Ensuring that business requirements are documented and signed off by the business team.
3. Documentation of IT applications - understanding the impact of process improvement changes. Knowledge of flow charts, Visio, MS Project as required.
4. Selection of appropriate solutions and managing vendors to deliver the same.
5. Hardware sizing during deployment of new application and/or functionality.
6. Project Management experience with the skill to run projects independently on track within budget.
7. Revise and fine-tune application solution based on outcomes of SIT, UAT and Performance Testing.
8. Reviewing and correcting IT vendor's solution and providing feedback and changes as required.
9. Building integration between different IT systems.
Education/Qualifications :
1.BE/BTech with MBA desirable
Experience :
1. 6-8 years total experience, with 3-4 years- experience in BFSI company
2. Implementation experience in CRM projects is required
3. Mutual Fund work experience would be an advantage
