Manager - CRM Functional Consultant - IT

The position seeks a professional CRM Functional Consultant who can be responsible for managing Key strategic accounts of the company. The functional Consultant will help develop strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions while demonstrating how clients can realize substantial value by deploying.

Required Skills and experience :

- Engineer graduate with an MBA have 8 - 12 years of Experience as a CRM Functional Consultant

- Should have experience of end to end implementation of CRM Tool like Siebel, Microsoft Dynamics

- Should have strong SFDC Consulting background

- Should be strong in Sales and Service

- Should involve in Pre-sales activates like preparing the Scope, Effort & cost estimations for Clients

- Requirement gathering

- Solution designing: Designing complex custom, integration and migration solutions, understanding challenges and goals to design pivotal solutions

- Should have leadership skills

- Must have hands-on experience in activities like Workflows, Process Builder, Reports and Dashboards, Sales Process, Import wizard, Data Loader, Campaign Member, Approval Process,

- Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in the delivery of CRM Solutions
