Manager - Credit Underwriting - Car Loan

We have an urgent role with one of the biggest used cars business organization in India

MGR CREDIT UNDERWRITING

CTC : 12-14 LAC

Key Responsibilities

- Handling credit appraisals, sanctioning credit for dealers and assigning credit limits within defined parameters of the overall credit policy

- Analyse business trends and other parameters to understand the overall performance of the dealers

- Conducting physical/telephonic PDs

- Periodic visits to the dealers to keep a track of their business activities

- Regular review of credit policies to ensure that the credit policies are in line with changing market needs.

- Portfolio monitoring and delinquency management

- Maintain a balance between management of risk and promotion of business

- Facilitate a strong communication flow between credit, sales organization and collections

Key Skills

- Must have an eye for details

- Must be agile with an innovative approach to improve things.

- Ability to identify and understand the importance of surrogates

- Good understanding of business dynamics

- Good understanding of financials

- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills

Experience

- 4-6 years of experience in policy formulation and credit underwriting

- Work experience in a Fintech would be preferred

- Experience in used car domain would be an added advantage
