Manager - Credit Risk- Auto Leasing Experience Mandatory - for leading Financial Services Client ,Worli, Mumbai.

1. To evaluate existing and new credit risk policies and processes for risks and build in risk mitigation norms.

2. To ensure implementation of the credit risk management policy approved by the Board.

3. To formulate, review and implementation of credit risk appetite.

4. Monitor credit risks on an SFB wide basis and ensure compliance with the Board approved risk parameters/prudential limits and monitor risk concentrations.

5. Lead the development and adoption of best-in-class tools to analyse risk and support delivery.

6. To take active participation in development of credit scorecards for business and for risk management purposes and placing recommendations before the CRO

7. Demonstrate leadership in integrating best-practice from industry and leading public sector organisations and drive change through the effective influencing of internal and external stakeholders, on risk and change matters affecting the service.

8. Lead and implement GRC (Governance, Risk Management & Compliance) Model with appropriate control to drive process improvement effort

9. Assist in the development, maintenance and execution of regulatory framework documentation and controls including reconciliation and variance analysis

10. To carry out reporting and analysis for senior management.
