Job Role Credit Monitoring/Analysis
- Project level detailed analysis of ongoing real estate projects with respect to sold-unsold, sales velocity, price trend, project cost, detection of early warning signals, cash flow analysis at pre & post sanction/disbursement level
- Monitoring and proactively highlighting risk in the portfolio of loans or the underlying security or the client
- Keeping update on the real estate micro market, real estate developers, regulations and the general economy
- Ensuring the approvals are taken as per policies laid down and ensuring the internal policies on credit are not violated
- Preparation & circulation of various MIS like Escrow account monitoring report, charge creation with ROC, Security cover, deferral closure etc
- Interaction with an in-house team (relationship, technical, legal and operations) to provide the solution to clients in the coordinated and timely manner
- Credit analysis & due diligence. Preparing Credit Notes for evaluating risk in borrower, transaction & underlying security and making initial recommendations
- Presenting the proposal to sanctioning authorities
- Preparing review and renewal credit reports for revisiting the limits and assessing the same for credit alerts
- Checking Part Disbursement to ensure compliance with sanctioned terms

Job requirement/Skills :
- A desire & attitude for the understanding of real estate is essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Conversant with financial modeling
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Educational qualifications- Chartered accountant or MBA Finance from Top Tier B School
