Manager - Credit (Infra/Power/Renewable) with an NBFC in Mumbai Manager - Credit Location - Mumbai Manager grade 2 - 4 years experience post MBA/ CA Sector exp - power / renewable / infra Worked upon financial modelling and due diligence of infra projects CTC :- 10 - 14 Lacs including 15% variable Sector & Corporate Credit related Expertise- - Responsible for developing sector expertise in the allocated sectors with the objective of making them act as in house experts for those sectors. - Responsible for making sector presentations to the Investment Credit Committee for aiding decision making, presenting discussion papers on various sectors, along with the team and under the guidance of Head Credit. - Managing Credit assessment of every loan proposal - Responsible for establishing and periodically updating various credit check lists that serve as benchmarks for evaluation of all credit appraisals. - Managing the entire credit assessment process with the objective of minimising the credit risks in the proposals for the allocated Power, Solar, Wind sectors by validation of all assumptions, identification of risks and ensuring necessary mitigations. - Interaction and negotiations with business teams within the Wholesale Platform, compliance, Lenders Engineers, legal teams etc for improvement .
