ROLE OUTLINE: Credit Manager is responsible for managing a team that recovers unpaid monies owed to the organisation. The debts may be from either business (commercial collection) or individuals (consumer collection). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Financial Controller/Finance Manager (depending on the size of your organisation) the Credit Control Manager role will perform a wide range of duties and responsibilities. These may include, but are not limited to: 1. Reduced Debts to a Target Minimum per month. Ensured all receipts and credits are correctly allocated. 2. Responsible for reconciliation of all accounts receivable general ledger accounts for the month end close process 3. Established and Maintained Great Customer Relationships to Maximize Account Performance. 4. Managed customer accounts by ensuring any claims, issues and queries were dealt with professionally and resolved quickly &amp; efficiently ensuring no Payment Delays. 5. Prepared analysis of bad debts including making recommendations to the controller for proposed bad debt write offs 6. Covered Responsibility for Team of 5 in absence of Team Leader before Team Grew &amp; Developed Requirements : 1. Trustworthy and with good background sources 2. Should be excellent in communication and presentation. 3. Excellent with analytical skill and pro activeness 4. Good in team leading and team development. 5.
