Manager - Credit Control

Key Requirement:

1. Contract Management: Expertise in managing contracts, focusing on terms, billing milestones, breach resolution, and payment terms.

2. Debt Reporting: Proficient in creating and analyzing debt reports, emphasizing ageing blocks and bad debt metrics. Utilize key financial metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) for effective credit control.

3. Software Proficiency: Experience with credit control software such as Credica and Oracle is preferable

4. Experience of handling Third-Party Recovery: Collaboration with third-party recovery agencies like FRL (Financial Recovery Agency, UK) along with customer.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills, especially with direct dealing with international teams.

2. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing tasks efficiently.
