Manager - Credit Analyst - FinTech

a. Responsible for the review and approval of business loan credit proposals of the company and to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure.

b. Deep knowledge of credit bureau checks, understanding of financial statements, income tax returns and bank statements which leads to an Understanding of inherent credit, collateral, operational & fraud risk for loan proposals.

c. Leads a team of credit analysts to ensure high standard credit quality of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools.

d. Engages the development, implementation, review and monitoring of various credit programs and providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members

e. Review and develop the Company's credit approval policies and guidelines as well as participate in ad hoc projects of investigative or trouble-shooting nature on specific customer portfolio.

Requirement:

1. University degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, preferably with other professional qualifications

2. Possesses a minimum of Eight to nine years' of corporate banking and/or NBFC experience in unsecured business lending or related activities; experience in a completely fintech environment is an added advantage

3. Credit evaluation experience with complex credits and structuring are involved

4. Good working knowledge of the MSME sector

5. A team player who can manage efficiently in a changing environment

- Computer skills viz MS Office; advanced excel understanding

- Good Interpersonal skills
