Manager -Lending Team - our mission is to empower small businesses to get first time access to credit and scale their business. committed to taking digital economy solutions to the next 500 million Indians and across developing countries around the world. About the role The person will help in setting up the internal lending structure in coordination with multiple internal &amp; external teams and will report to the Head of Lending. The lending team is just being set up and this person will be an early member and will be required to wear multiple hats in setting up the business vertical spanning areas like alliance management, credit underwriting, product management and collections. Responsibilities - Responsible for managing external lender relationships (existing partnerships and new lender onboarding) - Helping in the design of user journeys, BRDs, internal/external presentations for various phases of lending business - Market research and competitive analysis for innovations in digital lending (underwriting, collections etc.) - Responsible for facilitating disbursements done on Company's platform (all pre disbursement and post disbursement activities)&nbsp; - Credit Underwriting&nbsp; - Ensuring eligibility checks are met for disbursements, giving inputs to the underwriting model basis performance in coordination with the data science team - Operations&nbsp; - Coordination with external and internal stakeholders for seamless disbursement process&nbsp; - Collections&nbsp; - Building partnerships with external collection agencies - Inside Sales&nbsp; - Coordinating with internal sales / external agencies to ensure they can market the lending products to the borrowers&nbsp; - Customer Service&nbsp; - Coordinating with the customer service team to help resolve any borrower queries Key Relationships - Working with the Engineering team to help explain user journeys, flows / BRDs and getting the relevant development executed - Working with Inside Sales, Customer Service and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth user experience for the borrower - Working with the Data Science team to provide inputs to the underwriting model, generate insights from data etc. - Interact with Lenders/financing partners and other external parties whenever required. Key Qualifications and experience - Graduation from Tier - 1 institute - 3-4 years of experience in a multi-stakeholder environment building relationships with internal and external stakeholders in fin-techs, banking, or broader financial services&nbsp; - Experience in credit underwriting (preferred, not mandatory) - Experience in product management (designing user journeys on Miro, Balasmiq etc. and BRDs) (preferred, not mandatory) - Experience in working with engineering teams Who you are To be successful in this role, you'll need to have the following skills: - Problem Solving&nbsp; - Stakeholder Management&nbsp; - Influencing skills&nbsp; - Strong communication skills&nbsp; - Agility and endurance&nbsp; - Presentation Skills&nbsp; - Storyboarding Benefits : - Medical insurance - Flexible working hours&nbsp; - Liberal leave policy.
