Requirement : - Solid creative design background with 3 to 4 years experience working in Big4/ consulting organisation, or high profile design agency, with experience of direct international stakeholder interaction - At least 7-10 years creative experience, having led design teams - Degree or equivalent in graphic design or similar - Experience of print, digital, graphic design - Strong Interaction Design skills and Design thinking (knack for making complex information clear for stakeholders). Strong stakeholder communication skills (presentation) and the ability to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical) - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) - Expert Knowledge of Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Filemaker Pro Job Description : - Lead consultation with stakeholders to provide alternative options for creative outputs or design solutions for critical marketing, sales support and client engagement collateral - Support running of campaigns and events for stakeholder teams, if required - Run creative briefs/workshops with stakeholders to brainstorm the best design approach and provide prototype options - Liaise with internal and external suppliers regarding print and production as required - Develop comprehensive training plan for team and build individuals for success in marketing and design areas - Line manage bid design teams both in UK and India. Design, produce and project-manage the production of sales and prospecting collateral, client facing publications, value propositions - Work conceptually through creative layouts and take ownership of high profile deliverables - Create quality framework for design delivery from both onshore and offshore teams - Regularly collect feedback from senior international stakeholders on design delivery of team and provide support as appropriate from Creative Services - Communicate at the highest level with senior and junior stakeholders alike - Ability to line-manage and mentor junior designers (PowerPoint, print, digital)
