Manager - Creative Solutions

Urgently looking to hire for Creative Solutions Manager in Delhi.

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Providing concept notes and copies as solutions for the assigned verticals

- Working closely with production teams for execution of those concepts & copies

- Monitoring competition for things they doing for assigned brands and creating better proposals.

- Monthly review of pitches for the quality, conversion and feedback from clients with Manager.

- To understand the requirements of the client, and based on the same come up with a full-fledged activation campaign. This includes ideas for the pre-hype, activity & sustenance phase.

- To check with the various team for the feasibility of the execution of the ideas, and accordingly build concept notes that help the brand partner to sell the broad idea to the client. If needed, supporting the concept note with sample copy.

- At each point of time, working in co-ordination with the design team, planners, brand partners, ops team, etc. in order to ensure smooth flow of the campaign.
