Creative Operations Manager - EduTech&nbsp; &nbsp;Roles and Responsibilities : - Ensure the smooth running of the creative teams workflow, keeping the stake holders informed and up to date. - The role will be required build excellent co-ordination and relationships with appointed contacts across the business to deliver design solutions that exceed expectations. - To deal at the highest-level taking briefs from and delivering solutions back to the Creative Head, Script Directors, Video Editors and other creative teams. - Ensure that you are aware of the status of all relevant projects, ensure deadlines are met and liaise with appropriate colleagues should problems arise. - Provide schedule updates as necessary to ensure all personnel involved are fully up-to-date. - Manage workflow for all jobs through the department from brief to sign-off. - Ensure regular catch-ups with the Manager team to ensure you are on top of all jobs being taken on by the team, to ensure effective tracking. - Working with the Managers to deliver quarterly budget reconciliation.
