Creative Manager with a leading luxury Beauty Retail Firm - Mumbai
- Develop, guide and execute local campaign development, reinforcing digital and social footprint and consistency for India in partnership with cross functional marketing team, especially regional and India consumer engagement teams Conceptualize, produce, and execute on brand creative content for omni channel platforms that include organic social, paid social, online, TV, print in store.
- Creative leader with deep understanding of digital and physical landscapes especially within India - Global / EMEA mindset
- Excellent creative and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles as well as create new and diverse ones.
- Demonstrated experience conceptualizing and executing impactful, engaging creative across platforms including digital/social/traditional/instore and point of sale platforms.
- Excellent skills in creative ideation and implementation of seasonal campaigns as well as daily content delivery - Must have experience managing agency relationships, talent, casting and production teams.
- Experience managing on-set creative direction
- Voracious consumer of digital/social content, and early adopter of trends with a passion for innovation.
- Digital-and mobile-first mindset
- Experience in the beauty or fashion or media / entertainment category either from the brand or retail perspective. Luxury experience.
- Ability to understand business objectives to guide execution.
- Passionate and hard working with good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask and to work in a fast paced environment, enjoys a learning and challenging / complex environment
