Job Description :
- Be the custodian of creative assets for the brand and oversee all creative products produced by creative agencies and in-house design team
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in creative projects & deliverables and oversee them to completion
- Be the interface between the creative teams (in-house and agencies) and other stakeholders to produce high-quality creative assets as per brand guidelines
- Actively participate in phases of brand campaigns, marketing communication activities and employee engagement activities for planning, designing, implementation and optimization of creative assets
Knowledge & Skills :
- Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic designing and brand development
- Proactive in driving high-quality and timely deliveries
- Working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in creative handling
Qualification : Preferred MBA in Marketing from Tier 1 college
