Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Preparation of a yearly budget, quarterly forecasts and monthly estimates for India and overseas regions.

- Preparation of NSV (Net Sales Value) and SDM (Standard Margin Report) working for a month.

- Preparing and reviewing yearly cost centre budget and uploading same in SAP.

- Calculating and reporting weekly and monthly manufacturing variance to India plant head, controller finance India and Overseas

- Preparation of a business case for launching new products in the market by closing working with national marketing head and APAC marketing manager.

- Calculation of Standard cost of products manufactured in India plant as per yearly budget and maintaining same in the SAP.

- Preparation and analysis of monthly and weekly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report, PAP (Productivity Action Plan) report and reporting it to the controller of operation India and Overseas

- Calculation and analysis of sales margin made and will be made in coming months and quarters against respective forecasts and estimates for reporting to the Managing director India and Overseas

- Calculation, analysis and simulation of SDM on all incoming orders and discussing same with all regional sales managers, national sales manager and APAC controller of operation.

- Preparation and analysis of PPV (Purchase Price Variance) and manufacturing variance weekly and monthly for management and APAC review.
