Responsibility :

- Monthly Cost Run and resolve the errors.

- Weekly Profit and Loss review from AOP.

- Monthly MIS- Profit and Loss Preparation and Analysis.

- Loss Making part identification and share with marketing team for Price revision.

- BOM Weight Verification on Monthly Basis & variances share with Management to Action.

- Costing Activities-Cost run, Cycle time update, Routing creation.

- Monthly Reporting-Capex Performance, Pay Back Period analysis.

- Machine Hour rate update on Half yearly basis and update Activity rate in SAP.

- Product-wise costing, cost sheet preparation.

- Allocation of cost & Absorption of cost into Product.

- RM Actualization on Quarterly Basis & Provision of RM Price Increase/Decrease Impact.

- Monthly MIS, Scorecard, Profitability Analysis. Contribution Analysis, BEP Analysis.

- Annual Budget Preparation-Controlling Expenses to sustain Bottom Line.

- Monthly Controlling and identify& analysis of variances.

- Reconciliation of Financial P&L with Costing P&L.
