Manager - Cost Analysis - IT

The position holder will be responsible for Cost Analysis / Variance Analysis & generation of meaningful MIS for the Top Management for the purpose of decision making. He shall set-up the Internal Cost Control Systems / Processes & initiate Cost optimization projects along with the Business Unit Heads. He shall ensure the recording of all the expenses in the designated ERP within the specified timeline & ensure preparation of the Account Statements.

Job Profile:

Key Responsibility Areas:

- To set-up Internal Cost Control systems & processes & ensure 100% Compliance of the same

- To generate the Cost Center, Business Unit & Vertical wise MIS for the expenses incurred & present the same to the Top Management in a meaningful format for the purpose of decision making

- To conduct Variance Analysis (Revenue Vs Cost Analysis, Cost Vs Budget Analysis, Profitability Analysis, Per Employee Cost Analysis, etc.)

- To guide the Top Management on areas of Cost Optimization & work with the Business Unit Heads on Cost Optimization Projects

- Prepare the Books of Accounts & ensure updation of all the expenses on Tally.ERP 9 within agreed time line

- Preparation of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement

- Ensure 100% reconciliation of Bank Statements & Account statements

Desired Profile:

Experience:

- CA / ICWAI with minimum 5+ years of post qualification relevant experience

Required Skills:

- Presently working in the Finance & Accounts Department of well reputed organization in IT/ Media/Telecom/ Retail / Hospitality industry / Service Industry

- Should have been at Management Level in Financial Analysis / MIS function for at-least last 2+ years and must have extensive experience in MIS generation & Expense Management

- Should have excellent track record in setting up the Internal Expense control systems & processes

- Should have taken expense control initiatives & worked closely with the Business for execution of the same

- Should have prior exposure in preparation of Account Statements & Balance Sheet

- Should be excellent at working on MS Office – Excel, Tally.ERP 9
