Manager - Corporate Treasury - Auto Ancillary/Manufacturing Firm

The incumbent should be a Qualified CA / Full time MBA in Finance with 7 to 10 yrs of experience in Treasury including Fund Raising,Working Capital management, Banking and Forex management in a mid size or large size Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Manufacturing / Company.

The incumbent will be responsible for-:

- Estimating the Project and working capital needs of the company

- Negotiating and tie up with bankers

- Ensuring compliance with regulations and monitor utilization and repayments

- Exploring different option of funding to reduce the finance cost.

- Monitoring forex exposure and recommend timely measure of hedging the exposures.

- Regularly interact with bank to understand market sentiments.

- To ensure that financial risks are proactively and optimally hedged, and no exposure to risk of non-compliance with regulations exists.

- Ensuring timely FEMA and RBI Compliance.

- Ensuring timely surveillance of rating focus on improving the rating of the company.
