Manager Corporate TQM  - Design problem solving programs integrating different approaches including lean  - Establishing system for office improvements including 5S, Kaizen and other promotional campaigns.  - Train, facilitate improvement projects and execution themes, impacting business outcomes  - Design and conduct Basic TQM Courses for new joinees  - Design and conduct domain specific refreshers for existing employees- help solve operational troubles through deeper data driven analysis  - Facilitate Annual planning for Corporate functions: training and facilitation of drafting themes across businesses, selecting the right Control points, establishing a review system where applicable (education business)  - Evaluate non-manufacturing projects administration and training of batches, evaluating benefits  - Design and implement training programs, campaigns and events for people participation with clear outcomes.   - Recommending program inputs and designs for senior management  - Provide improvement recommendations on staff level course design and delivery  - Graduate in Science, Commerce, post-graduation/MBA preferred  - 5-7 years plus post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in leading or implementing process improvement methods and systems (Lean/Six Sigma) in a service function (BPO/KPO, IT/ITes, service)   Reporting To : AVP & Head - Corporate TQM
